As holidays near many of you are feeling overwhelmed. Here are a few tips to stay balanced and focused.
1. Keep a realistic budget, do not and I repeat DO NOT! go outside of what you plan to spend.
2. Plan things set aside time for cooking, visiting family and friends.
3. Do not over indulge , continue your healthy eating pattern throughout the holidays. GET PLENTY OF REST! No overeating.
4. I know family members can sometimes be a bit challenging, set aside your differences and enjoy the festivities. I know it will be difficult (BE THE BIGGER PERSON.)
5. Last and not least remember to BREATH!
