As the holidays near many of you are feeling overwhelmed, stressed and depressed.  Here are a few tips to stay balanced and focused.

  1. 1.      Keep a realistic budget, do not and I repeat do not go outside of what you plan on spending.
  2. 2.      Plan things set aside time for cooking, visiting family and friends.
  3. 3.      Do not over indulgence continuing your healthy eating patterns throughout the holidays get plenty of rest, no overeating, Discipline.
  4. 4.      I know family members can sometime be a bit challenging, set aside your differences and enjoy the holiday, I know it will be difficult but be the bigger person.
  5. 5.      Last but not least remember to breathe and have a happy holiday!!!! FYI thisandthatreaders…
