- 1. Keep a realistic budget, do not and I repeat do not go outside of what you plan on spending.
- 2. Plan things set aside time for cooking, visiting family and friends.
- 3. Do not over indulgence continuing your healthy eating patterns throughout the holidays get plenty of rest, no overeating, Discipline.
- 4. I know family members can sometime be a bit challenging, set aside your differences and enjoy the holiday, I know it will be difficult but be the bigger person.
